Your Role & Responsibilities

As our Fermentation Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the effort to develop processes to make our yeast fatty rich with proteins and delicious. You will work with our Head of Upstream Process, Bioprocess engineer, food scientists and our downstream engineers to improve the yield and ensure the yeast has properties for a desirable final product.
